At InterCare, we recognize that health risks are not the same for everyone. People in certain racial, ethnic, and low income groups are at a higher risk for death, disease, and disability – especially if they don’t have access to quality health care.

The goal of all community health centers, like InterCare, is to improve the overall health of the communities we serve by ensuring that everyone has quality health care available to them.

Through teamwork, communication, and collaborative care we work toward achieving our vision. We seek ways to best use our limited resources to ensure we provide quality, affordable care to the largest group of people we can. Together, we can make southwest Michigan a healthy place to live!
