COVID-19 TESTING INFORMATION

InterCare currently provides COVID-19 testing at our health centers in Bangor, Benton Harbor, Eau Claire, Holland and Pullman. An appointment is needed. Please call 855-869-6900 to make an appointment or for more information. There is no cost to the patient for COVID-19 testing, but you should bring your ID and insurance information with you if available.
