InterCare Community Health Network’s mission and vision are built on the belief that health care is a right, not a privilege, and we have devoted our fifty-year history to serving those most in need throughout our service area. That includes migrant and seasonal agricultural workers, people in rural areas, and diverse populations throughout southwest Michigan. InterCare services approximately 46,000 patients across Southwest Michigan annually, providing access to quality care and working to improve community health.
