Medical Services
Each InterCare health center has a team of doctors and advanced practice professionals (such as certified nurse practitioners, midwives, and physician assistants) who are supported by medical assistants and nurses. InterCare has providers who are certified in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine (adults and geriatrics), Obstetrics, Women’s Health, and Psychiatry. Our teams are further supported by extra resource nurses, care managers, care coordinators, referral specialists, and mental health staff to support you in your time of need and answer any questions you may have.
Just some of the important services we make available in our communities are child and adult immunizations, flu shots, HIV screenings, medication assisted treatment for substance use disorders, and after hours access. We also focus on screening and treating patients with chronic health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma. InterCare also offers in-house lab services and has special payment arrangements with Quest for any outside labs you may need. Here is a list of just some of our services we offer:

As an example of how InterCare strives to conveniently meet all of your health care needs, at some locations we are able to provide dental screenings for pediatrics and pregnant women at the same time that they are visiting their medical provider. We are also able to make same-day referrals to our mental health team and care coordinators for additional support as needed.
