Telehealth Services
InterCare Community Health Network is pleased to offer our established patients telehealth visits! A telehealth visit is a live face-to-face visit with your provider using your smartphone, tablet or computer. It is a convenient way to get the care you need at home, at work or on the go. It's easy to use, private and secure.
Health care is changing faster than ever and we are always looking for new ways to engage our patients and provide them with the highest quality, most convenient forms of care. Telehealth visits are currently available for medical, mental health, and some prenatal and obstetric visits. If you would like to speak to someone to determine if a telehealth visit is right for you, please call (855) 869-6900.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening condition such as chest pain, trouble breathing or stroke symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
